How will I receive my Items on Resurrected (PC)?

When your order is ready you will receive an email to kindly message us on chat. Once you contacted us we will meet with you ingame on PC (NO Consoles) and transfer your purchased items via trade window safely.

Deliveries are usually completed within 15 Minutes - 24 Hours.
In any case you should not hear from us within more than 24 hours please contact us to check the progress of your order.


How will I receive my D2 Items on Legacy?

We will create a fresh mule account where your items will be hold on. The account name and password will be emailed to your email address used on checkout. Once you received the email, we kindly ask you to transfer the items from that account to yours as soon as possible. There is a 10 day expiration time. Once that had been passed you will not logner be able to get access to your items. Therefore it is important to log into the mule account and transfer over the items to your character.

If you need help with the transfer, feel free to contact us we would be glad to help you. Most of the orders, especially the d2 items from new ladder seasons will be delivered within 5 to 15 minutes. In some cases the delivery takes a couple of hours and in any case your order should require extra verification we kindly to reply to our email as soon as possible, to prevent any delays. Please check your spam / junkfolder to make sure to receive our emails.

If you shouldn't receive your items within 24 hours, then there might have something gone wrong during the payment or email delivery and we kindly ask you to contact us to investigate further. Please also make sure that your provide email address is matching the primary email address of your paypal account.
